Current or Future Monitoring Details

60% of the 238 patches that have been reported to us in 2017 will be hand cut. The rest will be treated with spraying or via the amphibious cutter scheduled mid-August. Project began in 2015 and is on-going, dependant on funding.

Challenges and/or Lessons Learned

Access to some sites, sites adjacent to private property have been challenging to access and gain permission. Some site are only accessible by kayak.
